
Potato Moong Dal Soup

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Moong dal (split green gram)
- 1 Potato (chopped)
- ½ Carrot (chopped)
- 2 tsp Green peas (soaked)
- ½ Tomato diced
- 1 cup Water
- pinch Turmeric
- ¼ tsp Ghee (clarified butter)
- pinch Jeera (cumin seeds)
Instructions
- Wash all the ingredients and soak them for 15 minutes.
- In a pressure cooker, add all the soaked ingredients along with water and a pinch of turmeric.
- Pressure cook the mixture for 3 whistles. Allow the pressure to release naturally, then open the cooker and mash the cooked ingredients.
- In a pan, heat ghee and add jeera. Then, add the mashed soup to the pan.
- Allow the soup to cool down and serve it to your baby.
