
Broccoli Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 4 cup Cooked Rice
- 2 cup Broccoli florets washed and cut into florets
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Bell pepper diced
- 1 Green chilli slit
- 3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger finely grated
- Salt as needed
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 4 Spring onion/Green onions sliced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté chopped onion, slit green chillies, grated ginger, and finely chopped garlic until fragrant.
- Add diced bell pepper, broccoli florets, salt, and pepper powder to the pan. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Finally, add cooked rice and sliced green onions to the pan. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Serve the delicious Broccoli Fried Rice and enjoy!
