
Sabudana Tikki
Sabudana Tikki is a delicious and nutritious snack loved by kids. It is made with sabudana (sago pearls) combined with mashed potato and a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sabudana
- Water for saoking
- 1 Potato
- 5 tsp Peanuts
- ⅛ tsp Jeera powder
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric
- ⅛ tsp Coriander powder
- pinch Pepper powder few
- 2 tsp Ghee
Instructions
- Soak sabudana for 6 hours, then drain the water.
- Mix sabudana with mashed potato, spices, and blended peanuts.
- Shape the mixture into tikki shapes.
- Cook the tikkis on a heated skillet with ghee until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
