
Raw Banana Fr
Introducing Raw Banana Fry, a delightful and wholesome dish specially crafted for kids. This recipe showcases the flavors of fresh raw banana pieces cooked to perfection with aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- 1 Raw banana medium peeled and cut into pieces
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- Curry leaves few
- 1 tsp Ghee
- ⅛ tsp Jeera
- ⅛ tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Coconut powder
- 1 tsp Bengal gram
- 3 piece Garlic
- 2 Pepper powder pinch
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a kadai on low flame and saute 1/8 tsp Jeera, 1/8 tsp Mustard seeds, and Curry leaves for a minute.
- Add the 1 Raw banana pieces to the kadai and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes, then add 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder and mix again. Cover with a lid.
- In a blender, blend1 tsp Bengal gram, 3 piece Garlic, 2 Pepper powder , and 1 tsp Coconut powder. Add this mixture to the banana fry curry and mix well.
- Cook for an additional 15 minutes until the raw banana is tender and well-coated with the spice mixture.
- The delicious Raw Banana Fry is now ready to be served. It can be enjoyed with sambar, rice, chapati, or roti.
