Ingredients
- ½ cup cashew nuts
- ½ cup pistachios
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup Almonds
- 5 green cardamom pods
- Few saffron strands
Instructions
- Wash and dry 1/2 cup each of cashew nuts, pistachios, walnuts, and almonds. Leave them in the sun to dry completely.
- In a pan, dry roast each type of nut separately on low flame until they turn slightly golden and aromatic.
- Also, roast 5 green cardamom pods and a few saffron strands.
- Allow the roasted nuts and spices to cool down completely.
- Grind all the ingredients together to form a fine powder.
