Ingredients
- 1 cup Poha
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 cup suji
- 2 cup Water
Instructions
- Soak poha for 30 minutes.
- Blend soaked poha and curd until smooth.
- Add idli suji and water, blend into a smooth batter.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes to ferment.
