
Poha Banana Porridge
Poha Banana Porridge—a delightful combination of flattened rice (poha) and ripe bananas that will leave your little ones energized and ready to take on the world!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Poha
- 1 cup Water
- ½ tsp Ghee
- 1 Banana
- pinch Cardamom powder
Instructions
- Clean the 1 cup Poha thoroughly and soak it in fresh 1 cup Water about 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan and add 1/2 tsp Ghee to it. Add the banana pieces and saute them for about 5 minutes.
- Mash the sauteed 1 Bananaand then add the soaked poha along with water to the pan. Mix everything well.
- Stir the mixture for about 5 minutes, ensuring the poha is cooked properly. Add a pinch Cardamom powder and turn off the stove.
- Allow the porridge to cool down, and it’s ready to be served to your baby.
