
Cheese Corn Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 Corn boiled
- Salt as required
- 2 tsp Cheese
- ⅛ tsp Pepper
- ½ Tomato Chopped
- ½ Capsicum Chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove finely chopped
- 4 Bread Slices
- 1 tsp Ghee
Instructions
- Boil the 1 Corn and allow it to cool.
- Preheat the toaster.
- Carefully remove the corn kernels from the cob using a knife.
- Before making the corn sandwich, measure and set aside all the ingredients.
- Take a pan, heat 1 tsp Ghee, saute garlic pieces, corn, and add salt, 1/8 tsp Pepper, and chopped veggies. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked mixture to a plate and set it aside.
- Apply butter to the bread slices.
- Spoon the veggie corn mixture onto one slice of bread and top it with 1 teaspoon of grated cheese.
- Cover with another slice of bread, also applied with butter.
- Place the prepared sandwich in the toaster and cook until it turns golden brown.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving it to your baby.
