
Almond Carrot Smooth Puree

Ingredients
- 1 Carrot medium-sized
- 4 Almonds
- pinch Pepper
- ⅛ tsp Cumin powder
- 1 Clove
- pinch Cinnamon powder
- 1 cup Water hot
- ¼ tsp Ghee
- Coriander leaves chopped
Instructions
- Soak almonds in hot water for 3 hours.
- Peel and cook 1 Carrot until soft.
- Let carrot cool down.
- Blend carrot, soaked almonds, spices, and water until smooth.
- Heat 1/4 tsp Ghee, saute Coriander leaves, add blended mixture, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy the nutritious Almond Carrot Puree warm or at room temperature.
