- Heat a dosa pan and apply a small amount of 1 tsp Ghee to it.
- Dip each banana piece into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated, and place them on the pan.
- After approximately 2 minutes, flip the banana pancake bites to cook the other side.
- Allow them to cook for an additional 2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
- Sprinkle a few drops of honey over the pancake bites for added sweetness if desired.
